I believe that all people are equipped with the strength and courage necessary to address the diverse complexities of life. I believe that everyone is capable of achieving a life of spiritual, mental, physical and emotional balance. 

 

My professional counseling style is one that assists others in achieving a higher quality of life through self- exploration and self-actualization.

My desire is to serve others through coaching, teaching and mentoring.

 

As a therapist, my goal is to assist adults, couples, and families who have been impacted by various addictions, military issues, co-dependency, women’s issues, grief/loss, health and wellness, anxiety and depression, offender reentry issues, separation and adjustment issues, and LGBTQ orientation/identity issues.
