I'm excited to be a part of your healing journey. While life comes with its challenges, I also believe that these challenges don't have to define who we are as individuals. These challenges do not have to dictate our trajectory in life. I am here to help you realize that and help individuals not become defined by life's challenges. I enjoy working with people to help them navigate life when it gets difficult and helping them create their own narratives surrounding these events. 

 

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I've been working as a counseling professional for 10 years in various capacities and more than 20 years working in the helping profession. I love helping people! I primarily enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and couples, but children are also drawn to me. I have a niche in helping individuals navigate traumatic experiences. 

 

When I am not working as a counseling professional, I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, and traveling.
